Road, Water, Retaining Wall
Significant progress has been made at Mawi Valley over the past months. Key infrastructure works, including retaining walls and the full drainage system, have been completed to ensure long-term stability and effective water management across the development.
Villa Construction Underway
Construction of the first four villas is now underway, marking the start of the vertical build phase. Excavation and foundation works are progressing across several plots, with structural construction already advancing on Plot 21.
Greenzone
Meanwhile, the green zone is flourishing, with 253 out of 320 planted trees growing steadily as our garden team maintains the landscape using eco-friendly practices.
