Mawi Valley is located on the beautiful south coast of Lombok, Indonesia — just minutes from the world-famous Mawi surf beach and around 30 minutes from Kuta Lombok. Situated between rolling green hills and the Indian Ocean, it offers a peaceful natural sanctuary while remaining close to the island’s most vibrant coastal areas.

What makes this location so unique?

The area west of Kuta is quickly becoming Lombok’s most desirable region. As the Mandalika development brings major resorts and tourism infrastructure to Kuta, families and lifestyle buyers seeking a more authentic, nature-connected experience are gravitating toward Selong Belanak — the next emerging hub for community living, restaurants, schools, and boutique projects.

Mawi Valley sits just five minutes from Selong Belanak, perfectly positioned between tranquility and convenience. With easy airport access (around 35 minutes via the new direct route), breathtaking landscapes, and a thriving wave of sustainable developments, this area represents the future of luxury living in Lombok — rooted in nature, community, and long-term growth potential.

Mawi Valley combines large private land plots, modern tropical architecture, and sustainable infrastructure. Unlike crowded tourist areas, here you enjoy a natural valley setting with ocean views, privacy, and a strong sense of community. It’s an ideal mix of investment potential and peaceful living in South Lombok.

At Mawi Valley, you can choose from three stunning villa designs — the Akyli, Mentari and Zen. And in 2, 3, or 4-bedroom configurations. Each villa is thoughtfully crafted to suit different lifestyles and budgets. All villas feature open-plan living spaces, private pools, and panoramic views of the surrounding valley and ocean.

Whether you prefer modern minimalism or relaxed tropical elegance, each design blends comfort, sustainability, and natural beauty — perfect for your dream Lombok villa.

At Mawi Valley, all villas are built using our exclusive, architect-designed models to maintain a cohesive, high-quality aesthetic across the community. Each design has been carefully developed to harmonize with the natural landscape — optimizing air flow, harvesting rainwater, and minimizing energy use.

Our construction approach prioritizes sustainability, using eco-friendly materials wherever possible to reduce our environmental footprint. The plots have been shaped to follow the contours of the land, preserving the integrity and beauty of the existing terrain rather than cutting through it.

This curated framework ensures that every home complements its surroundings, protecting owners’ privacy, views, and long-term property value. It also preserves the open green spaces that make Mawi Valley so special.

Within this shared vision, you still have flexibility — each villa design offers options for layout, finishes, and furnishings, so your home can reflect your personal style while remaining part of the valley’s natural and architectural harmony.

All villas at Mawi Valley are built by our trusted construction partners, who have extensive experience delivering high-quality projects in Lombok and Bali. Working with a dedicated builder ensures every villa meets our standards for craftsmanship, design integrity, and environmental harmony. It also means a smoother, more reliable construction process — with our team managing everything from start to finish, so you can relax knowing your villa is in expert hands.

Construction can begin as soon as your land purchase and villa design approvals are complete. For most buyers, this means we can start building within 2–3 months of finalizing your plans and permits.

Buyers in Phase 1 will begin construction around October 2025, while Phase 2 villas are scheduled to start around October 2026.

The entire process is smooth, transparent, and fully supported by our on-site team, who will guide you through each step — from preparation to groundbreaking and beyond.

Depending on the size and complexity of your villa, construction typically takes 12 to 18 months from groundbreaking to handover.

Our dedicated project management team keeps you informed every step of the way, providing regular updates, photos, and progress videos — ensuring peace of mind for both local and overseas owners.

Approximate build timelines:
